On purchasing/ordering products from the website online you will receive a confirmation email. An additional email will be sent confirming dispatch of your order.
When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.
On receipt of your payment and allowing for cheque clearance of 4 working days, we aim to dispatch orders within 48hours.
Sweetpeapollys Crafty Things cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or non receipt. However, every effort will be made to replace items lost in transit but this cannot be guaranteed and is limited to the cost of the goods purchased.
